By registering for a Mountain Pitch at Little Mountain Sportsplex tournament, I agree to inform my teammates and guests of all park policies, league rules, and insurance policies to the best of my ability. Failure to follow park policies, league rules, and/or insurance policies will result in fines and/or suspension. All my players will complete the SPN insurance waiver and hold themselves to the standards of SPN’s Code of Conduct.
